Keep Healthy This Fall Season

We are in the month of October, beautiful fall foliage around us. This is the transition phase before we settle in winter. So few things to consider to prevent catching weather sicknesses:

  • Maintain Good Hygiene : wash hands thoroughly.
  • Drink extra fluid : we should be more aware of water intake as we tend to ignore with lower temperatures.
  • Include nuts and protein foods in your diet.
  • Continue with walks/exercise routine: days are getting shorter so our workout routine needs extra motivation to step out or do at home.
